The music widget on the Origin OS helps you navigating the songs easily directly from your home screen.

Multi-turbo Mode 5.0

Vivo bumped up the Multi-turbo Mode to 4.0 in its Funtouch OS 11 skin. Now the company knocks up the Multi-turbo 5.0 to its smartphones with memory optimization and a few more optimizations. It will allow you to transfer the data quickly, thanks to the Memory Fusion tech, which uses extra memory while transferring the data. 26 New Gestures

Vivo OriginOS 4 Features

The Chinese tech giant released its custom Android 14 based skin with a new customized font. For those unaware, OriginOS is the China exclusive custom skin, unlike the FunTouchOS platform in the global market. OriginOS arrives with the new screen off and lock screen customizations (basically lets you personalize ock screen clock style, offering various layouts and font styles). Another new feature is the Vivo Smart Car 4.0 technology, which improves car connectivity and offers features like voice controlled navigation, music, and calling control among other things. Through this feature, users also get access to the Parking assistant features that help easy navigation to nearby parking lots. It also simplifies payments and offers instant location recognition.

Since it’s based on Android 14, you also get access to the latest software upgrades of the platform. Furthermore, the company is introducing new features that will make life easier for the users in both their professional and personal lives. This includes the Vivo Office suite, full link conference assistant, a trip planning assistant, and the Family Health manager. OriginOS 4 brings brand-new wallpapers along with new additions like a virtual graphics card, Unfair Scheduling 2.0 technology, Memory Fisoon 4.0 technology, and Quick Start.

The software has improved Smooth Envision which optimizes system performance by lowering persistent processes and improved RAM utilization. It also adds up to 600MB of extra RAM space for devices with 8GB or more. With the App Retainer, users can whitelist certain apps to make sure they seamlessly enter their crucial apps exactly where they left off. The brand is offering enhancements in multitasking with an upgraded small window feature, supporting up to 12 active windows and side-swipe suspension. At the launch of the initial version of the Origin OS, vivo commented that it has no plans to take it global. Origin OS has finally announced by the Vivo in China, the company detailed the features of its new skin. Today, It will be announced globally, hopefully, the company may also announce the upcoming Vivo X60 lineup alongside the Origin OS.

Since Funtouch OS 11 has been announced, Vivo users have been eagerly waiting for the Funtouch OS 11 based Android 11 update. It will notify via phone calls, text messages, and flashing home screen alerts along with the location details to the emergency contact.

The camera app comes with a multi-function camera button, which can control the stabilization, focus length, exposure, and other functions. Swipe gestures on the viewfinder help to quickly add real-time effects to your videos.

The Origin OS Ocean also comes with a new privacy section that can be accessed by swiping left from the bottom dock. You can set multiple layers of security in the form of biometric verification and hardware-level encryption from this space.
